Not only is their name published in the forthcoming issue of Acquisition International Magazine, they receive a copy of the current year’s online directory listing.

The Voters Pool

Anyone who has subscribed to the Acquisition International Magazine (over 53,000 subscribers), and are recognized and listed hedge fund professionals (40,000 individuals), are eligible to vote. Interestingly, a fund hedge fund party or individual can vote for themselves as well. However, these votes are always subject to question by an in-house process which determines the validity of the vote.

Selection of Winners

The winners are selected by considering the total number of votes, the level of contributions they made (via the in-house process) and all physical and digital evidence which supports their contributions throughout the given period. The 2014 International Hedge Fund Awards, sponsored by the prestigious hedge fund research and consultation institution BarclayHedge, provides influential hedge fund professionals and parties a chance to be globally recognized for their outstanding achievements. With little time left until the publication of the results (in January 2015), anyone who has not yet voted should do so now, or else they will miss out on the opportunity to be a part of this prominent awards ceremony.
